Job Description

Guerra Plastic Surgery Center in North Scottsdale is seeking the right person for a Full-Time Nurse Injector position. This candidate would specialize in injecting neuromodulators and dermal fillers as well as preform other duties in our office. If you are a self starter who is seeking long-term employment, this is the position for you.

We are looking for a professional, dependable, motivated, energetic, trustworthy, detail-oriented person with great people skills. This team member must be driven, poised, articulate, and possess strong communication skills. Able to multi-task effortlessly, prioritize efficiently, handle patient requests, recommend treatment plans, place inbound/outbound calls to patients, preform pre-treatment evaluations, post treatment care, and do so with a smile. This is an extremely fast-paced and professional environment.

Job Duties

Contribute to the Guerra Plastic Surgery Team by assisting patients in their non-surgical needs.

  • Screen patients for contraindications and review all signed documentation
  • Provide patients with consultations and treatment plans for injectable and non-surgical services
  • Speak with patients at length about procedures, answer any questions and/or concerns.
  • Extreme attention to detail and excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Uphold the most sanitary and safe patient environment
  • Be experienced in injections for the glabella, frontalis, crows feet, mid-face, nasolabial folds, marionette lines, and lip augmentation.
  • Assist patients in pre-treatment care and education.
  • Perform post-treatment follow up visits and adjust treatment plans accordingly
  • Keep detailed treatment notes for each patient visit.
  • Perform office opening and/or closing procedures.
  • Assist with any other requested duties.

Job Requirements

RN/NP/PA; excellent interpersonal and written skills; formal training and certificate in injectables preferred. The position requires someone who is personable, dependable and responsible, who is an aesthetic visionary as well as a problem solver.

  • Must provide verifiable education and employment history
  • Must have 3+ years of experience required
  • Must be dependable, enthusiastic and have multitasking abilities
  • Must be able to work as a leader in the office

  • Must be a quick learner with a positive attitude and open to change
  • Must be detailed oriented
  • Ability to speak, write and read English - communicate clearly and effectively both orally and in writing
  • Experience in a fast paced environment
  • Ability to answer and transfer telephone calls efficiently
  • Ability to perform basic math functions
  • Ability to file accurately
  • Ability to work independently and with others
  • Must be able to work 9 AM to 6 PM
  • Bilingual in Spanish is a plus
