This 33-year-old resident of Scottsdale wanted to regain her pre-pregnancy figure. She expressed her goals of a tighter tummy, an hourglass shape, and rounder buttocks. A Mommy Makeover type 4 was recommended to address these concerns. The procedure combined a Tummy Tuck with a very low incision for a natural look, Liposuction of the back, hips, and thighs (1.8 liters total) to achieve an A-shape with a defined waist, and a Brazilian Butt Lift for buttock reshaping. Fat grafting of 510 cc to each buttock restored a rounder, fuller appearance. The after photos, taken 5 months post-surgery, beautifully showcase the transformation. She achieved a flat tummy, a slim figure, and beautifully shaped buttocks, exceeding her expectations and allowing her to embrace her postpartum body with confidence.
