This 29-year-old resident of Sun City desired to regain her pre-baby figure after having four children. During the consultation she explained how childbirth impacted her physique and expressed a preference for minimal scarring. A Mommy Makeover type 4 was recommended as the ideal solution. This procedure encompassed a Tummy Tuck with a low incision for a natural look, circumferential liposuction (4.5 liters total) of the thighs, tummy, back, and bra rolls to sculpt her figure, and a Brazilian Butt Lift for buttock enhancement. Fat transfer of 900 cc to each buttock restored a rounder, fuller appearance without the need for a traditional buttock lift with extensive incisions. The after photos, taken 5 months post-surgery, beautifully showcase the successful transformation. She achieved a flat tummy, a sculpted back, and beautifully shaped buttocks, exceeding her expectations and allowing her to feel confident in her postpartum body.
