A 48-year-old woman from Tempe, Arizona requested a Mommy Makeover type 4, including a revision Tummy Tuck, Liposuction, and Brazilian Butt Lift. Unhappy with previous surgery results, she wanted to flatten her upper tummy, smooth out her back rolls, and enhance her buttocks. At 5'6" and 172 pounds, she prioritized a flat tummy and prominent buttocks.
The surgery involved removing 4 liters of fat via liposuction from her thighs, tummy, and back. A revision tummy tuck removed 2.5 pounds of excess skin, and 630cc of fat was injected into each buttock. Six months post-surgery, she now weighs 166 pounds and enjoys a flat tummy, smooth back, and round, shapely buttocks. Her increased confidence reflects her satisfaction with the results.
