A 36-year-old woman from Goodyear, Arizona, desired a Tummy Tuck, Liposuction, and Brazilian Butt Lift in one session. Standing at 5 feet 3 inches and weighing 139 pounds, she wanted a rounder, fuller buttock and a well-defined waist. The surgery involved removing 3 liters of fat from her thighs, tummy, back, and arms via gentle liposuction. This preserved the most living fat cells for transfer. She received 650 cc of fat grafting into each buttock and 200 cc into her saddlebags, totaling 1650 cc of fat transferred. One year post-surgery, her photos demonstrate excellent long-term results, with a rounder, firmer buttock and a beautifully sculpted figure. She is delighted with the transformation and her new hourglass shape.
