We have a 33-year-old woman from Phoenix, Arizona, who requested a Mommy Makeover. She wanted a tummy tuck and liposuction of the body, followed by fat transfer to her buttocks for a fuller, rounder appearance. After examining her and discussing her goals, I recommended a Mommy Makeover type 4, which includes a Tummy Tuck and Brazilian Butt Lift in one session. The procedure involved a revision tummy tuck, liposuction of the tummy, hips, thighs, and back, removing 2700cc of unwanted fat. I then placed 490cc of pure fat graft into each buttock. Her post-surgery photos, taken 3 months later, show her impressive results. She expressed that she loves her new figure and feels very confident with her new flat tummy and outstanding round buttocks.
