In this section, we see a nice 36-year-old lady from Litchfield Park, Arizona who came to our North Scottsdale, Arizona medical office requesting a breast lift and a tummy tuck. She was done having children and wanted to erase the signs of pregnancy by having a mommy makeover. After having kids she was left with a lot of excess skin and deflated breasts, which was her main concern. We sat down and discussed her wishes for cosmetic surgery of the breasts and tummy. I listened carefully to her and formulated a plant, which included an anchor pattern breast lift and a tummy tuck with lipo. I recommended silicone breast implants, but she decided she wanted only to have a breast lift. Her examination showed excessive weakness of the tummy muscles and would require muscle repair during abdominoplasty. All the plastic surgery operations were to be performed at one time. Before body contouring surgery, she is 5 feet 4 inches and 158 pounds. Her goal was to achieve perky breasts that did not look saggy and a flat tummy. She had an anchor pattern breast lift. She also had a tummy tuck and lipo of the tummy and hips. The skin and fat removed from her tummy weighed about 3.5 pounds. I also removed 1.5 liters (3.4 pounds) of fat from her body at the same time using liposuction. Surgery was performed at a Scottsdale plastic surgery center and she stayed overnight. Her before and after photos are taken 3 years after surgery.
