A 29-year-old lady from Scottsdale, Arizona who requested a breast lift, tummy tuck and liposuction is shown in these before and after photos. In addition to the breast lift tummy tuck and liposuction, she also wanted a bigger cup and chose to have silicone breast implants placed under the muscle. She wanted to go from an A cup to a full C cup. After having kids, her tummy muscles became weak and her abdominal skin was quite loose. She wanted to tighten the muscles and reduce the loose skin and stretchmarks. She sat down and consulted with me at my plastic surgery office in North Scottsdale, Arizona. She did request lipo of the hips to reduce her waistline. Before cosmetic surgery, she is 5 feet 6 inches and 130 pounds. Her mommy makeover surgery was performed at a local Arizona plastic surgery center. During the operation, her tummy muscle weakness was corrected and the excessive skin was removed using our very low incision technique. She also had an anchor pattern breast lift and placement of silicone breast implants to improve her asymmetry and deflation. She had a 375 cc silicone gel filled breast implant placed on the left and a 400 cc silicone breast implant placed on the right breast. These photos are 5 months after cosmetic surgery.
