In this area, we see a 25-year-old lady from Scottsdale, Arizona who consulted with me about a breast lift and tummy tuck. She was not happy with her breasts after being pregnant twice and did not like her tummy. She complained about saggy, small breasts and larger than desired areolas. She came to my medical office thinking about breast lift or breast augmentation and tummy tuck. She had seen other plastic surgeons in the area already. We discussed her priorities. She requested perky breasts that appeared natural and full. She wanted a tight tummy. I found she was a good candidate for cosmetic surgery and offered a mommy makeover type I, including areola breast lift with reduction, breast augmentation with High Profile saline breast implants, and a very low incision tummy tuck to remove the loose skin after pregnancy. Before surgery, she is 5 feet 3 inches and 140 pounds. The goal was to establish a solid D cup. Her operation was performed at a Scottsdale plastic surgery center. Her breast lift with implants was performed using saline high profile breast implants placed through a crease incision and under the muscle. I also performed a reduction and lift of the areola via a separate incision. The areolas were 7 x 7 centimeters before breast surgery and they were 3.8 by 3.8 centimeters after surgery using a round block technique. The tummy tuck was performed using a very low incision technique and the abdominal muscles were tightened. She is shown 2 months after mommy makeover and her photos demonstrate a tight and flat tummy, round and attractive breasts and a nice improvement for her body.
