In this area, we show the before and after photos of mommy makeover with breast lift, breast implants, tummy tuck and liposuction on a 33 year old lady from Mesa, Arizona. She had wanted breast augmentation, breast lift and tummy tuck surgery for 3 years before having a consultation. She came to my plastic surgery center in Scottsdale, Arizona to pursue her interests in cosmetic surgery. She pointed out that her breasts had sagged after kids. Before cosmetic surgery, she was wearing a 36 C and she requested to become a large DD. She is in good health, 5 feet 7 inches tall, and weighs 155 pounds. She made an excellent recovery after mommy makeover surgery. Her nipples pointed towards the ground and she considered herself to be a 9 out of 10, in terms of sagginess. She wanted to have fuller breasts, but she also wanted breasts that looked less saggy. She wanted increased perkiness, but also a natural looking result after breast lift with breast implants. Both her two kids each weighed more than 10 pounds and left her with a lot of stretch marks and loose skin. She also had lost weight recently and this made the looseness worse. Her goal was to tighten and flatten out her tummy. Her mommy makeover was performed as a combined tummy tuck, anchor pattern breast lift with 500 cc high profile saline breast implants. She had liposuction of the thighs and arms during the same plastic surgery operation.
