Here is a nice lady, 33 years old with 2 kids from Paradise Valley, Arizona who requested a mommy makeover. She consulted with me at my Scottsdale, Arizona plastic surgery center. She mentioned that after 2 babies, her breasts became deflated and slightly saggy. She desired a breast lift, but wanted to avoid the vertical scars from traditional breast lift techniques. She requested silicone breast implants to reach the most natural and softest results possible. She wanted to have bigger breasts, like the ones she had before pregnancy. She also wanted a tummy tuck as a combined mommy makeover procedure. She had no additional fat tissue elsewhere on her body and I did not recommend liposuction. She desired perkier breasts and a proportionate full C cup. She was a good candidate for breast implants and an areola lift with reduction. Before breast surgery, she was 5 feet 5 inches and 115 pounds. She was wearing a 34 B cup. During breast implant surgery, we used Moderate Plus silicone gel breast implants, 375 cc per side, with both placed under the muscle and achieved a full C cup. I also reduced and lifted her breast using a separate areola incision. The breasts were 6.5 x 6 centimeters before and were reduced to 4 x 4 centimeters using the round block breast surgery technique. We also performed a tummy tuck with no liposuction at a Scottsdale plastic surgery center. She is shown 3 months after mommy makeover.
