We have a very nice 38 year old lady with four children who requested a tummy tuck, breast lift, liposuction and breast implants when she came to do a consultation at our North Scottsdale plastic surgery center. She told me she did not like having loose skin, stretchmarks, and extra fat tissue in the tummy area. A second major complaint, with regards to the tummy was the saggy tissue in the thighs and pubic area. With regards to her breasts, she mentioned they were fairly saggy and deflated. Her goal was to get a breast lift and to go from a small C cup to a Full C cup after the surgery. On examination, the areola was large and saggy and I recommended a breast implant with an areola breast lift. She wanted to have all 4 procedures together. This is a Mommy Makeover type 3. Her goal was to improve her figure by tightening the tummy as best as possible and improving the shape and size of her breasts. Before the procedure, she is 5 feet 4 inches and 140 pounds. She had cosmetic surgery performed at a local Arizona plastic surgery center and stayed overnight. She had 7 pounds of tissue removed from her tummy along with 900 cc of fat removed via liposuction from the tummy, pubic area and love handles. Her breast surgery included 435 cc of saline per side and the areola breast lift. She is shown 3 months after her cosmetic surgery and has noticed a significant increase in her self-esteem since her Mommy Makeover.
