A 36-year-old lady from Scottsdale, Arizona requested breast lift, tummy tuck and liposuction to reduce the signs left over from pregnancy. She sat down and consulted with me at my medical office near Phoenix, Arizona. In addition to the breast lift, she wanted to have correction of the breast asymmetry since her right breast is smaller than the left. She also wanted to get a nice looking tight tummy with a tummy tuck. She requested lipo of the hips to reduce her waistline. She is 5 feet 7 inches and 150 pounds before surgery. Her cosmetic surgery was performed at a local Arizona plastic surgery center. She is shown 1 year after anchor pattern breast lift and placement of saline breast implants. She had a 330 cc placed on the right and a 280 cc volume placed on the left side. After surgery, she mentioned her confidence has increased with her new figure.
