This is a pleasant young woman, 38 years old from Scottsdale, Arizona who came in for consultation at my medical office near Phoenix, Arizona. She has 3 kids and feels that her body has never been the same since childbirth. Her goal is to enhance the size and shape of the breasts and to improve her figure with a tummy tuck. I designed a mommy makeover after reviewing her requests. She did a lot of research before coming to my plastic surgery center about saline and silicone breast implants. She wanted a very soft and natural result after breast augmentation and decided that MemoryGel breast implants would be best in her case. She was a B cup before surgery and requested a small D cup after breast enhancement. She had tummy tuck surgery and breast augmentation performed at the same time as part of the mommy makeover. I also performed an areola lift and reduction. An additional 600 cc of fat was removed from the hips and love handles through liposuction. She stayed at the plastic surgery recovery center overnight and recovered nicely from her mommy makeover. Her confidence level is up since surgery and she has enjoyed shopping for new clothes in a smaller dress size.
