In this section, a 26-year-old lady was seen in our North Scottsdale, Arizona medical office requesting a breast lift, perkier breasts with breast implants and a tummy tuck. She wanted to erase the signs of pregnancy with a mommy makeover. She sat down and discussed her wishes for cosmetic surgery as I listened carefully. After having children she was left with a lot of excess skin and deflated breasts, which was her main concern. She is 5 feet 5 inches and 130 pounds before surgery. Her goal was to achieve perky breasts that did not look saggy and a flat tummy. She had a vertical breast lift and placement of 450 cc Moderate plus saline breast implants under the muscle. She also had a tummy tuck and lipo of the tummy and hips. Surgery was performed at a local Arizona plastic surgery center and she stayed overnight. Her before and after photos are taken 3 months after surgery.
