A 36 year old woman from Scottsdale, Arizona came in for consultation about her breasts and tummy, and requesting a mommy makeover type 2. She wanted a breast augmentation and breast lift to increase her breast cup and place her breasts in a higher location. She wanted a tummy tuck to flatten out her tummy and remove unwanted fat. She wanted a mommy makeover to reduce the signs left over from pregnancy. She sat down and discussed with me all her wishes at my Scottsdale, Arizona medical office. During the consult she mentioned that her breast were slightly saggy. She requested a breast lift and a breast augmentation, all to be performed through a nipple incision. The tummy tuck and lipo were to be performed at the same time. Her cosmetic surgery makeover was performed at a local Arizona plastic surgery center. Saline breast implants were placed under the muscle. The volume in each breast implant was 510 cc. She also had 1200 cc of unwanted fat removed via lipo from the tummy and hips at the same time. The areola size was reduced at the same time. She is shown in her before and after photos 6 months after lipo, tummy tuck, and breast surgery.
