A 28-year-old lady traveled from southern Arizona and was seen in our North Scottsdale office requesting a mommy makeover which included a tummy tuck, breast lift, and breast augmentation. After having children she was left with a lot of excess skin in the tummy and breasts, which was her main concern. She is 5 feet 2 inches and 110 pounds before cosmetic surgery. Her goal was to achieve the flattest tummy possible and a natural result with bigger breasts. She desired to go from a B cup to a D cup with silicone breast implants. She had a tummy tuck, breast lift and breast enlargement performed at the same time at a local Scottsdale, Arizona plastic surgery center. In each breast, 450 cc silicone gel, moderate plus breast implants were placed. An overnight stay at the surgery center made her even more comfortable. She is seen 6 months after surgery in the before and after photos. She is wearing a solid D cup and has an extremely tight tummy as a result of surgery.
