Here we have a very nice woman, 39 years old from Scottsdale, Arizona who came to my plastic surgery center with the desire for a better figure and requested breast implants and a tummy tuck. She consulted with me at my North Scottsdale, Arizona medical office for a mommy makeover. Her goal was to achieve the flattest tummy possible and a natural looking breast augmentation result. She wanted a mommy makeover to reduce the signs left over from her multiple pregnancies. We discussed her desires to have a mommy makeover type 2. Before plastic surgery, she is 5 feet 7 inches and 145 pounds. Her cosmetic surgery was performed at a local Arizona plastic surgery center, which included a breast augmentation with placement of breast implants under the muscle, a crescent areola lift, a tummy tuck and liposuction of the tummy and hips. In each breast, 500 cc saline, moderate plus breast implants were placed. After surgery she has a smooth and tight tummy without stretch marks. She is shown 3 months after surgery. At her last visit, she mentioned she is extremely confident with her DD cup breasts and flat tummy.
