A nice 39-year-old lady from Scottsdale, Arizona is shown here before and after a Mommy Makeover Arizona. She decided to discuss her goals of achieving a mommy makeover with breast lift, breast augmentation, liposuction and tummy tuck during her consultation. She consulted with me at my Scottsdale, Arizona plastic surgery center to pursue her interests in these cosmetic surgery operations. For the breasts, which were not perky, but saggy, she was concerned about getting a breast lift and adding volume to her cup with breast implants. She did request to have a fuller cup and to achieve the most natural result possible. Right before breast lift surgery, she was wearing a 34 B and requested a D cup. With the tummy, she was concerned about the flabby skin that developed from childbirth, 2 kids. I recommend a tummy tuck and liposuction of the hips and flanks because she did have extra fat in the hips. Before her cosmetic surgery, she is in good health, 5 feet 5 inches tall, and weighs 136 pounds. Achieving a natural result was a big priority for her. She had her operation and went home after surgery. Her mommy makeover was performed using 365 cc saline breast implants, moderate plus placed under the muscles for her breast augmentation. An anchor pattern breast lift was performed in the routine fashion at the same time. A tummy tuck was also performed using our very low incision technique. She made an excellent recovery after her mommy makeover. She has told me her breasts feel soft and natural, look perky and lifted. She is feeling very confident with her new figure after cosmetic surgery.
