A 37-year-old lady from Cave Creek, Arizona came in with the desire for a better figure and requested breast lift with breast implants and a tummy tuck. She consulted with me at my North Scottsdale, Arizona medical office. Her goal was to achieve the flattest tummy possible and a natural looking breast surgery result. She wanted a mommy makeover to reduce the signs left over from her pregnancy. We discussed her desires to have a mommy makeover type 2. Her surgery performed at a local Arizona plastic surgery center included an anchor pattern breast lift, placement of breast implants, tummy tuck and liposuction of the tummy and hips. In each breast, 450 cc silicone gel, moderate plus breast implants were placed. After surgery she is 130 pounds and has a smooth and tight tummy without stretch marks. She is shown 3 months after surgery. At her last visit, she mentioned she is extremely confident with her full D cup breasts and flat tummy.
