A 32-year-old lady living in Chandler, Arizona requested a mommy makeover at our Scottsdale, Arizona medical office. She requested revision of a breast augmentation (done 10 years ago elsewhere), a breast lift, a tummy tuck and lipo of the tummy and hips. She had been looking for a plastic surgeon for 4 years and felt very comfortable with our discussion. During breast surgery, she had her old saline breast implants exchanged and replaced with new 390 cc Moderate Plus saline breast implants, a capsulectomy, and a Wise pattern (anchor) breast lift. At the same time she had a tummy tuck and liposuction (see tummy tuck gallery) performed at a local Arizona plastic surgery and recovery center with an overnight stay. She is shown 1 year after her cosmetic surgery and she likes her natural looking breast lift result. She is also wearing a full D cup and loves her breast lift symmetry and revision breast enhancement surgery. She is now 15 pounds lighter than previous to surgery. She tells me the best decision she has made is to have a mommy makeover.
