A pleasant 34 year old lady from Chandler, Arizona requested a mommy makeover including a flatter and tighter tummy, lifted breasts and slimmer thighs. She consulted at my North Scottsdale medical office. She had kids and is 5 feet 5 inches and 155 pounds before plastic surgery. Her goal was to achieve the flattest tummy possible with an hourglass shape, reduce the size of her waistline and her thighs. We discussed her options and she decided to proceed with very low incision tummy tuck and combined liposuction procedure. I recommended a pain reducing pain pump and an overnight stay for greater comfort. During surgery, the abdominal tissue removed weighed just under two pounds and we removed an additional 2.1 (5 pounds) liters of unwanted fat via liposuction. She is seen in the before and after photos at 5 months.
