An extremely nice 33 year old lady from Scottsdale, Arizona decided to pursue a tummy tuck as part of her a mommy makeover. She was a mom and after pregnancy noted loose abdominal skin and a high "pooch" which really bothered her. In recommending a mommy makeover, I discussed the steps involved with a tummy tuck including muscle repair, the silicone breast implants and liposuction. Before this combination plastic surgery operation, she is 4 feet 9 inches and 121 pounds. I performed her tummy tuck using a very low incision approach and removed tissue weighing in at 686 grams. The small hernia in her belly button was repaired simultaneously. To make her more comfortable, a pain reducing pump was placed. She made an excellent recovery and remained at the plastic surgery and recovery center overnight. These before and after plastic surgery photos are at 3 months since surgery.
