An extremely pleasant and athletic 49 year old lady politely asked for me to do a tummy tuck for her as part of her mommy makeover. She was already in pretty good shape, but nonetheless was concerned about the loose skin and muscles found in her tummy. We did recommend a tummy tuck which would largely involved skin removal, a bit of muscle work, but no liposuction. Going into this cosmetic surgery, she was at 5 feet 1.5 inches and 112 pounds. The tummy tuck was carried out gently and efficiently. In addition, I exchanged her older saline breast implants and upgraded her to some new and larger silicone breast implants. These "gummy bear" breast implants really softened up her breasts. Two months after the surgery, we took these photos which show how nicely improved her tummy looks now.
