An extremely nice 43 year old lady from Mesa, Arizona decided to have a mommy makeover. She actually told me about her breast surgery from years ago and which mommy makeover, therefore, would include a revision breast surgery along with a tummy tuck. A challenging case because her breasts were very deflated and the implants showed ripples. She decided to switch her saline breast implants for high profile silicone gel breast implants. She also requested a tummy tuck to firm up the area. She presented herself to my plastic surgery center located in Scottsdale, Arizona to pursue her interests in this combination plastic surgery operation. Before surgery she is 5 feet 6 inches and 132 pounds. Her mommy makeover was performed as a combined tummy tuck, anchor pattern breast lift, capsule removal and exchange of breast implants. I used the very low incision tummy tuck technique and repaired the abdominal muscles. A pain reducing pump was placed for greater comfort. She made an excellent recovery after her mommy makeover and remained at the plastic surgery and recovery center overnight. The before and after plastic surgery photos are at 6 months since surgery.

Cancellation / Rescheduling Policy
A minimum of two (2) business days’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule your in-office consultation or virtual consultation. Failure to provide adequate notice or a no-show will result in a $100 fee charged to the credit card on file.

If you have already used your free consultation, a $100 non-refundable fee is required for a second consultation. This $100 fee may be applied toward your surgical quote if you proceed with surgery.

Non-Surgical Procedures
A $25 non-refundable appointment fee is required for all non-surgical procedures. Two (2) business days’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule to avoid this fee.

We do not accept insurance.
