Here a 30 year old woman who discussed a mommy makeover 4 at my Scottsdale, Arizona state-of-the-art plastic surgery center. She wanted a "natural" looking tummy tuck and a "round" well-defined buttock. She mentioned that before kids, her butt was fuller and less saggy. Her butt was also firmer. She requested a breast augmentation with saline breast implants, lipo, Brazilian butt lift, and tummy tuck as a combined procedure. I told her all 4 procedures were too much, and she chose to prioritize the buttock, tummy and lipo surgery. Because she was only 5 feet and 1 inch and 103 pounds before surgery she would not be able to get more than 400 cc into her buttocks. During her mommy makeover 4 surgery, a very low incision tummy tuck was performed and I was able to fat harvest 1950 cc from her abdomen and hips. I repaired her extremely weak abdominal muscles and gave her a tighter tummy. I was able to fat inject 480 cc of fat per buttock cheek. She is shown 4 months after tummy tuck, lipo and buttock fat grafting.
