A pleasant 43 year old woman from Tempe, Arizona came to my office requesting a revision tummy tuck operation. She told me about her original tummy tuck which left her with on-going loose skin and a jagged incision. She wanted to improve her tummy so that it was tighter and had a better incision that she could hide under the underwear. She also talked to me about thigh lift and thigh liposuction. After considering the benefits and downsides, she decided that a revision tummy tuck combined with liposuction on the waistline and thighs would be her preferred surgery. Before her cosmetic surgery, she is 5 feet 1 inch and 115 pounds. She told me that her priority was her tummy. She had surgery at a local Arizona plastic surgery and recovery center. She stayed overnight for greater comfort. She had 900 cc of unwanted fat removed via liposuction on the thighs, tummy, and waistline. She had a revision tummy tuck that removed 1 pound of excess weight from her body.
