This 43-year-old mother sought breast implants to improve her small, deflated breasts after having two children. Her goal was a natural and proportionate enhancement to a small C cup, without going larger. Despite significant deflation, her breasts weren’t saggy, so a lift was not required. She underwent Breast Augmentation with a 300cc high-profile silicone implant in her smaller right breast and a 375cc implant in her left, placed through a crease incision. Two months post-surgery, she is thrilled with her small C cup, enjoying improved cleavage, symmetry, and the perfect volume.
