This 19-year-old woman with very underdeveloped breasts, a AAA cup size, and mild scoliosis requested to go up to a full D cup. Her left shoulder was higher than the right, and she had a wide gap between her breasts. Due to her minimal breast volume, saline implants were not suitable. We recommended high-profile silicone implants. During surgery, we placed 425cc silicone implants under the muscle via a crease incision. Nearly three months post-surgery, she now wears a 32D cup, achieving the fuller look she desired.
