This 34-year-old woman sought to increase her breast size from a B cup to a full D cup, wanting to correct asymmetry as her left breast was smaller than the right. She also desired a very full upper breast pole. Six months after surgery, she has achieved her desired full D cup, with a 470cc Moderate Plus saline implant in the left breast and a 465cc implant in the right, resulting in improved symmetry and fullness.
