A thin and petite 34-year-old woman sought Breast Augmentation to enhance her breast size and shape, particularly concerned about her small breasts and lack of cleavage. After researching, she opted for silicone implants to achieve a natural look and reduce the chance of rippling while still achieving a larger size. We used 425cc high-profile gummy bear silicone implants. The high-profile design improved her cleavage without widening her chest. She now typically wears a 34 C cup but also looks great in a 34 D.
