This 23-year-old woman had significant asymmetry in breast shape, volume, and skin, and she desired to go from an A cup to a mid to full C without appearing too large. Two months after her Breast Augmentation, the after photos show the results of saline-filled smooth implants—380cc in the left breast and 37 cc in the right. A surgical technique was also performed to enhance and expand the bottom of the breasts, creating additional roundness and a more balanced, fuller shape.
