This healthy 21-year-old woman wanted to enhance her B cup to a DD cup. She desired huge breasts but was concerned about the lack of upper breast volume and minor asymmetry. To address this, we placed 510cc of saline in her right breast and 500cc in her left breast. She now enjoys improved symmetry and comfortably wears a 34DD, achieving the desired fuller look.
