This 25-year-old patient, with small breast volume, requested Breast Augmentation to enhance her B cup to a full DD cup. She sought improved symmetry, better cleavage, and fullness in the upper pole. Her breast size had remained unchanged for over four years. Using 600cc high-profile saline implants placed under the muscle via a crease incision, her post-surgery photos taken 6.5 weeks later show the desired cleavage and upper pole fullness, achieving a DD cup.
