This 23-year-old woman from Scottsdale, Arizona was self-conscious about her small 34A breasts and desired a D cup. She had noticeable asymmetry, so different implant sizes were recommended to enhance her symmetry. She wanted larger breasts without going too big and felt comfortable with a D cup. We used a 450cc smooth Moderate Plus silicone gel implant in her smaller right breast and a 425cc implant in the larger left breast, both placed under the muscle via a crease incision. Post-surgery, she shows improved symmetry and comfortably wears a 34D or 32DD, loving her results.
