This 24-year-old woman, with a great sense of humor, wanted a very large breast size with improved cleavage, opting for a slightly "fake" look, but not overly so. She was in good shape and desired 500cc breast implants. Given her goal, we recommended silicone gel implants, as larger implants (over 350cc) increase the risk of rippling, which is more common with saline implants. Silicone helps reduce this risk. During her Breast Augmentation, we placed 500 cc high-profile silicone implants in both breasts. Six weeks post-surgery, her photos reveal a dramatic and noticeable transformation, going from a 34B to a 34D+ cup with excellent projection and fullness.
