This Chandler, AZ 30 yo at 5'5" and 135 lbs wanted to enhance breast fullness and achieve a fuller C/D cup appearance. Board-Certified Plastic Surgeon Aldo Guerra, MD, FACS performed bilateral breast augmentation using 435cc Moderate High Boost silicone breast implants for a balanced, natural-looking breast enhancement. Her procedure also included liposuction of the bilateral para-axilla areas to create smoother contours around the outer chest and underarm region. These breast augmentation before-and-after photos were taken 2.5 months after surgery.
