This charming 20-year-old woman consulted with her husband about breast implants, having never developed beyond a B cup and currently wearing an A plus cup. Concerned about her breast asymmetry and seeking a firmer, more "fake" look, she chose saline implants to improve symmetry. She also had significant chest asymmetry due to scoliosis. To create nice cleavage and balance, we placed 470cc of saline in her smaller left breast and 450cc in her right, using moderate plus profile implants. The result is outstanding symmetry and roundness, and she now confidently wears a solid 34D plus cup that complements her proportions.
