A 33-year-old patient residing in Cave Creek, Arizona, had mild pectus carinatum, widely separated breast and pectoral muscles, and severe mammary fold asymmetry. To address these concerns, a Breast Augmentation procedure was performed using a bilateral under the pectoral muscle approach with dual plane type I placement of 365cc Natrelle Inspira Cohesive implants. Two months post-surgery, the patient achieved a balanced breast size, enhanced cleavage, and improved contour.
