This 43-year-old mother, who had been wearing a padded bra for years to achieve a 32B cup, wanted Breast Augmentation to reverse the changes her breasts experienced after pregnancy. Upon examination, she was closer to an A cup and desired a natural-looking 32C cup for her frame. Her goals were to achieve better cleavage and regain the firm upper breast fullness she had before having children. We used two 375cc moderate plus silicone implants placed under the muscles via breast crease incisions with the dual plane technique. This created beautifully balanced, round breasts with full upper and lower poles. Her results appear natural two months post-surgery, with a restored and harmonious look.
