This athletic and thin 27-year-old woman sought Breast Augmentation to enhance her size and shape after years of considering implants due to minimal natural breast development. Concerned about a lack of cleavage and the possibility of her breasts being too far apart after surgery, she desired a balanced, natural look. Her pre-surgery exam showed mild breast asymmetry. She opted for saline implants, with 400cc placed in a high-profile implant on the right and 415cc on the left. During surgery, a pocket was created as far as the pectoral muscle allowed, without disrupting the muscle attachments over the sternum, resulting in excellent cleavage, symmetry, and roundness. Her breast width complements her body proportions well, as seen in her before and after photos taken two months post-surgery.
