This 28-year-old woman from Phoenix, Arizona sought a natural, proportional breast enhancement with a teardrop shape. Slightly saggy but not wanting a breast lift, she felt confused after consultations with different surgeons, some recommending Breast Augmentation and others suggesting a lift with small implants. We explained she was a candidate for both, and her choice depended on her desired outcome: a natural teardrop look could be achieved with a dual plane technique, while a high, full look would require a lift. She ultimately chose large saline implants to achieve a full D cup, bigger but not too large for her frame. Although she opted for 500cc implants, which were slightly more than we recommended, they fit her goals well. The moderate profile implants were placed under the muscle using a dual plane technique and a crease incision, resulting in breasts that are beautifully proportioned to her body and have boosted her confidence.
