This 27-year-old woman from East Arizona wanted a Mommy Makeover, including Breast Augmentation, Tummy Tuck, and Liposuction of her tummy and hips. After having children, her breasts became softer and slightly saggy, and she wanted perkier, fuller breasts. She wore a 32 small B cup, with her right breast slightly smaller than the left. During surgery, we used high-profile saline implants, 390cc on the left and 385cc on the right, placed under the muscle, resulting in a solid D cup. Along with the breast augmentation, we performed a tummy tuck and liposuction. Three months post-surgery, she is pleased with her natural-looking breast enhancement and improved symmetry and has lost seven pounds.
