This 43-year-old Scottsdale woman, after losing over 130 pounds from gastric bypass surgery, desired fuller breasts and tighter arms. Once a DD cup, her weight loss left her with a B cup, and she wanted to return to a DD without a breast lift. We performed a combined cosmetic surgery, including Breast Augmentation with 650cc moderate plus saline implants using a dual plane technique, and a Posterior Arm Tuck to remove excess skin, hiding the scar on the back of the arm. A bit of Liposuction was also done on her upper back. She is shown eight weeks post-surgery with natural-looking results.
