A 31-year-old woman from Scottsdale, Arizona requested a natural and proportional Breast Augmentation for her petite frame. With her right breast significantly smaller than the left, she wanted to enhance her breast size and improve symmetry, aiming for a small D cup. During surgery, we placed 400cc moderate plus silicone implants in both breasts, using a dual plane technique and a crease incision. Post-surgery, her breasts are now a nicely proportioned D cup, providing the symmetry and size she desired while fitting well with her body.
