This 20-year-old woman had asymmetry, with an A cup on the right breast and a B cup on the left. She requested saline breast implants to achieve better upper pole fullness, improved cleavage, and enhanced symmetry. The after photos, taken 7.5 weeks post-surgery, show the results of her Breast Augmentation done via a crease incision and with implants placed under the muscle. The right implant was filled to 280cc and the left to 255cc, achieving optimal symmetry. Additionally, a procedure to lower the breast crease and expand the bottom of the breasts was performed for a more balanced, fuller look.
