This 20-year-old woman, following weight loss and volume loss, sought Breast Augmentation to achieve fuller breasts and better cleavage. She had been considering breast surgery for two years due to small, asymmetric breasts that made finding well-fitting bras difficult. She is shown 2.5 months after surgery, during which we lowered the breast crease, expanded the lower breast with radial incisions, and placed asymmetrical saline implants. A 400cc saline implant was placed on the right and a 365cc on the left using a dual plane pocket technique.
