This 21-year-old woman wanted Breast Augmentation to achieve a full C or small D cup with better cleavage and an overall round shape. Previously wearing a 34A cup, she had noticeable breast asymmetry and desired firm, overly round upper breast poles. To achieve this look, she opted for saline implants over silicone, as they provide a firmer and rounder result. We used 400cc moderate plus saline implants, which enhanced her roundness, cleavage, and forward projection. After surgery, she achieved a solid full C cup with the desired upper breast volume.
