This 26-year-old woman from Phoenix, Arizona opted for Breast Augmentation with silicone gel implants to enhance her small, soft 34B breasts to a small D cup. She wanted to maintain a natural softness and reduce the areola, with the entire procedure performed through an areola incision. She chose 400cc smooth, round, Moderate Plus silicone implants placed under the muscle. The areola size was reduced from 55mm to 38mm.
