After having two children, this 27-year-old mother from Carefree, Arizona experienced significantly deflated, asymmetrical breasts, with her left breast being smaller and a sunken rib cage on that side due to scoliosis. She wanted better symmetry, cleavage, and roundness. For her tall, thin frame, we recommended high-profile silicone implants to avoid "side boobs" often seen with wider implants. Using nipple incisions, we placed a 500cc implant in her smaller left breast and a 475cc implant in the right. Additionally, liposuction was performed in the axilla. This beautiful transformation took her from a 32A to a 32D Plus, with ideal cleavage, roundness, and balance, effectively reversing the effects of pregnancy on her breasts.
